Beer description
This bottom-fermented, naturally cloudy speciality was brewed with selected malts and four choice hop varieties. The additional, second secondary fermentation over nine months in whisky barrels gives our Edersee Atlantis Bock its balanced, particularly soft character. To give it the necessary rest after maturing in wooden barrels, the bottles were then stored for a further two months at the bottom of Lake Edersee in darkness and at a constant temperature of 6-7 degrees.
Each of the 666 bottles was bottled and sealed by hand by us personally: a passionate brewing craft.
