No points for guessing the approach we took for this beer - it's a West Coast IPA with a bucketload of hops from the good ol' USA!
Leading the charge is Simcoe (+ Amarillo & Mosaic in support) you'll be hit with citrus and pine out the wazoo, backed up by sweet caramel malts, and a smooth bitterness in the finish.
