Aslin Sous Chef

The latest addition to the kitchen is Sous Chef, an imperial stout that has been infused with waffles, blueberries, marshmallows and cacao nibs. As soon as you start drinking, a powerful aroma of ripe blueberries flows towards you. The blueberries are cleverly balanced with hints of waffle, bittersweet and rich cocoa, and softened with marshmallows. A delicious breakfast beer if there ever was one!
