Beer description
Light beer with coffe.
The aroma of beer resembles fresh coffee, toasted bread, biscuits, lavender and spices.
The initial flavor is sweet, following the aroma descriptors and giving way to the almost sweet and peppery bitterness, of a silky character, of the classic English hops East Kent Goldings, combining the presence of oats, which increases the creamy character of the beer. Hints of wood and flowers remain in the mouth, along with the presence of hops and coffee.
The color of the beer is coppery golden, combining the color of the malts and coffee, Foam almost white, fine and dense, with good formation and medium retention.
The body is balanced, hanging slightly light, with a luscious and silky touch.
