We have known and liked our neighbors from Szkaradowo for a long time. We are, of course, talking about Browar Nepomucen, which organizes its well-known Open Craft festival, a great opportunity for creating a collaborative beer. The brackish gose base turned out to be an ideal choice for sunny days. We chose a fruit that none of us had used before - the Peruvian goldenberry, which is characterized by its intense sweet tropical aroma. We also added mango chato to give it full sweetness. To add complexity, we also included passion fruit, which complements the whole with acidity and tropical depth. You can expect an incredible drinkability and creaminess.
