Anonima Brasseria Aquilana Loose

Low fermentation beer inspired by the best Bock. Clear and with surprising ruby reflections, it has a white, abundant and persistent foam. The presence of hops is skilfully balanced to balance the sweetness of the malt. On the nose it has a complex caramel aroma with returns of fresh hops. The roasting is balanced and gives an intense flavour with very light fruity aromas. It goes well with red meats, mature cheeses and cold cuts.
