Anonima Brasseria Aquilana Indian

High fermentation beer, medium hopped and amber in colour, with a compact foam tending to cream, persistent but small in size. Herbaceous and fruity aroma, a medium body and a strong bitterness but well balanced by the sweetness of caramelised malts. It goes perfectly with soft cheeses, blue fish, white meat, ethnic and spicy cuisine.
