Beer description
High fermentation beer of Anglo-Saxon style, characterised by a malty aroma with evident hints of dried fruit. Amber in appearance and with good transparency, it has a moderate cream-coloured foam. Alcoholic notes present but not pungent on the nose. Hops are used more in bitterness and as they age, they tend to fade. In the mouth it tends to give a pleasant length. It needs a long maturation to be put on the market. Perfect with chocolate and dry pastries.
