Beer description
Redbridge is a sorghum / gluten-free beer with a distinctly fruity hop aroma, a sweet, roasted cereal taste and a balanced, moderately hoppy finish. Redbridge is the first country-wide gluten-free beer to be made from sorghum - a safe grain for wheat and gluten allergy sufferers. It is grown in the United States, Africa, Southern Europe, Central America and South Asia. Redbridge beer doesn't have to make promises to stand out from the crowd; its actual nature distinguishes it from the crowd. Redbridge is produced without wheat or barley, so the approximately 3.2 million consumers who cannot drink beer from barley due to celiac disease or a wheat or gluten-free diet can enjoy a beer with good taste again. Redbridge is a rich, full-bodied lager that is brewed from sorghum and has a balanced, moderately hoppy taste.
