Beer description
Modern interpretation of Hazy India Pale Ale with barley and wheat malt and this time hopped with the New Zealand hop blend “The Bruce”. Fermented with the “Verdant IPA” yeast. Fruity, hoppy, intense. Beautifully balanced and super fruity, delicious IPA with a pleasant and very smooth hop bitterness.
Bright light yellow in color, intense fruity hop notes, naturally cloudy, creamy soft attack and body, elegant, fresh. The aroma and taste are reminiscent of grapefruit, lime, orange and gooseberry. Overall very tropical and fruity with citrus notes. Very elegant and finely structured. Super easy-drinking, juicy, slightly sweet, soft with a fine hop bitterness. A “modern IPA” as it should be, united in a fresh, fruity and hoppy explosion of flavor. The hop blend from “Freestyle Hops” from New Zealand contains Nelson Sauvin, Motueka and Pacific Jade.
