Modern interpretation of India Pale Ale in "New England Style" with barley and wheat malt and the American hop varieties "Citra, El Dorado, Idaho7". Fermented with the "Verdant IPA" yeast. Fruity, hoppy, intense. Beautifully balanced and super fruity, delicious Hazy IPA with a pleasant hop bitterness. Very intense hop notes, naturally cloudy, creamy body, elegant, fresh. The aroma and taste are reminiscent of citrus fruit, stone fruit, a colorful tropical fruit basket, plus a little pine and resinousness. Very easy to drink, juicy, slightly sweet, soft with a fine hop bitterness. A "modern IPA in the New England style" as it should be, combined in a fresh, fruity and hoppy explosion of flavor.
