A dry, clear west coast style profile with a solid juiciness and aromas of passion fruit, pink guava and citrus peel, thanks to additional hopping already in the mash and yeast highlighting the thiol potential of the malt and hops. And of course, the role of hops is invaluable here - as usual, we didn't regret it - Amarillo and Idaho 7 cold.
