Beer description

A Belgian Holiday Ale brewed with a blend of specialty malt, Hallertau hops and jaggery sugar. It is rounded off with a cold spice mixture of cloves, ginger, cardamom and Curaçao orange peel.

Tastes like a Christmas fruitcake.

This brew tastes like a rich, thick, boozy christmas fruitcake. There's hints of cloves, biscuit, fruits, & some other spices I can't identify. A beautiful holiday brew.
