In the autumn of 2020, Red Bunker and Brewery Eleven took to the road. In Amelisweerd, the brewers learned to wildpick, and the mission continued in the brewery, where the fruit farmers
learned how to brew beer. Together they made a Flemish red. Yeasts were isolated from nature's treasures and the rest was put on alcohol to extract the flavour. After maturing for 12 months
in Bordeaux barrels, a complex beer was created with beautifully layered acids. Ripe and fresh at the same time!
