Three malts had to be used for this type of beer. And we did that. It is brewed with three malts, has a double fermentation time and matures slowly in the cellar, creating a beer with more body, flavor and character. It has an exceptional roasting that gives the beer a reddish color, rich in aromatic nuances and an extra creamy head. This beer has a certain personality and 7% alcohol content so that not everyone can enjoy it. It won the gold medal at the World Beer Challenge 2015.
