Beer description

We brewed this AMBAR DOUBLE IPA with a complex, mixed brew and then infused it cold with a traditional hop infusion with an alien touch. We delved into the biochemistry of the hop plant in order to find its aromatic hiding spots, a labyrinth in which it is easy to get lost without the aid of the latest technology. It is worth daring the 65 units of bitterness, but choosing its potency requires responsibility. The hops are at the center of a choir of barley malt. There are players with years of experience in this field such as the classic "Mittelfrüh", others who have revolutionized the world with their arrival such as Cascade, and newcomers such as Simcoe and Ekuanot. The coral-like mass of the malt gives it a strong body and orange tones that are very pleasant to the eye, combined with a certain opalescence in the light.
