Birra Amarcord - Tabachéra

- Light hazelnut foam, fine, adherent, compact. - Brown beer, clear. - Pleasant its olfactory finesse, rich in notes of caramelised barley malt accompanied by the elegance of dried fruit. As it warms up, an ever more evident scent of fruit, caramelised malt, candied fruit. - Full and structured body, discreet sparkling. - Both alcohol and fruit are very evident on the palate, crowned by the sweet notes of the cereal. The bitterness is not particularly present, on the other hand it has a long and delicate persistence. - On the retrolfactory level, the notes of dehydrated fruit and dried fruit are maintained, accompanied by a long and soft fruity sweetness, not at all cloying, which dissolves well in a gentle dry finish. - A beer with a round, full, warm and enveloping body.
