Cuvée Anna aged on barrel 102, a 400L first time use Red Wine Barrel from Chateau l'Ermitage. The outcome is a Flemish / Catalan Amber Sour Ale, fermented with our own wild house yeast culture Morpheus. This beer is a collab with Anna & Anna. We kegged a single barrel for Borefts 2019 - 17 kegs. The rest of the barrels is bottled later as normal Cuvée Anna.
