Altaluna is our blanche with unmalted wheat. Pleasantly fruity and spicy on the nose, sweet and persistent on the palate. The slightly hoppy finish makes it very drinkable. Altaluna della Scala was the splendid daughter of Mastino II. Not much is known about her, but it seems she was a beautiful girl with an ethereal and mysterious charm. Even her name is attractive and evocative. Her father, perhaps foreseeing what would become of his daughter, could not have found a more suitable name for her.
