Beer description
There is a dark monastery beer to match the dark season, which warms body and soul from the inside. Caramel malt gives this malty-sweet beer creation its beautiful color and the wheat malt conjures up a creamy mouthfeel. In order to continue brewing according to the German Purity Law, the addition of candy sugar was deliberately avoided. With an extra portion of Wienermalt we were still able to achieve the high original wort content and husk-free Cara aroma provides a hint of roasted malt aromas such as coffee and chocolate. Malt: Barley, Viennese, Cara aroma and wheat malt. Hops: Tettnanger, Cascade, Mandarina Bavaria
