Beer description
The name is a tribute to the famous Roman villa of the Emperor Tiberius (I century AD), since the recipe calls for the use of white celery from Sperlonga (IGP), a Pontine locality in which the villa was built. It is gilded and slightly veiled, with a good foam hat. The nose alternates with fresh hints of hops, resins and delicate floral sensations. In the mouth there is aromatic consistency: the Tiberias communicate grace thanks to a very slight flavor and a drink that is at the same time delicate and generous. It offers the pleasure of a glass of good refrigerant beer on a hot summer day, perfectly preparing the mouth for a new sip.
