Alta Quota - Principessa

The first born in Alta Quota is the one that witnessed and traced the company philosophy: fixing the cornerstones of pleasantness, productive consistency and usability, as well as the territorial supply chain (let's think of spelled and water, especially). With generous and compact foam, a straw-colored color with golden reflections, it shows hints of honey and red apple, cereals and sweetness on the nose, complemented by soft citrus, herbaceous and floral hues. On the palate the attack is slightly sweet, the carbonic lightens a passing and balanced drink and the closure is characterized by the wise dosage of the bitter, which dries and prepares pleasantly for the new sip.
