Beer description
In front of the eyes is a brown color with mahogany reflections and a not particularly dense foam: if the name comes from the Pashtun language and means hope, the appearance is typically British. The nose gives notes of ash, damp wood, ink and toasted coffee. In the mouth it is a strong, direct brown ale, with the combination of malts that gives it complexity and an acidulous vein that widens the size of the sip. The finish is characterized by sensations of licorice, toasting and a smoky gust: warm and complex, it may need time to be appreciated, but in the end it wins.
