The appearance appears golden, just browned by an almost imperceptible amber suggestion. The nose is composed, offering a lovely floral and earthy fragrance, a caramelized breath. In the palate it moves agile, flowing casually, endowed with the right carbonation and dryness. As the canons of this ancient style of the English tradition want, the bitterness is present, but progressive, one takes the mouth slowly (supported by the subtle toasted notes) and without craving for protagonism, resulting essential to characterize, close the sip and recall the drink.
