Alta Quota Delizia

The appearance is characterized by white foam and a beautiful golden color, with vivid shades of amber. On the nose you can see evident recognitions of ripe fruit and malt and, in the background, notes of caramel, honey with white flowers and ethereal puffs of jasmine. The approach in the mouth is characterized by a pleasant sweetness, the malts and their contribution are obviously present, as the body also suggests, appreciable. The sip remains central, characterized by lateral and fine sapid suggestions, while the closure, entrusted to a gradual bitter "aromatic", from officinal herbs, recalls the sip and gives a vaguely balsamic reference and a pleasant floral return.
