Beer description
This plant, of exotic origins, historically acclimatized in Italy, is often the protagonist in the tricolor kitchen. From this consideration to our brewers came the intuition for the use of the rocoto variety, characterized more by aromatic energy than by spiciness. After a visual premise made of dense creamy foam and a color tending towards amber, it gives the nose notes of honey of white flowers and a typical, dynamic plant pungency. In the mouth this vivacity affects the taste buds, lashing them nicely and producing slight and original spicy sensations that are revealed while the beer dissolves slowly, thanks to a generous gassing.
