Beer description
Characterized by the use of a noble grain and fresh hops, reproduced and cultivated in the Rieti plain with the best agronomic techniques from the Apennine Center "Carlo Jucci" of the University of Perugia. It is presented with a fine and compact foam and a color between golden and amber. The olfactory breadth elegantly hides the alcohol content and the idea of facing a lady of personality is clear: you can perceive candied orange peel, ripe white-paste fruit and a slight gust of roasting which represents the necessary asymmetry, the note imperfect that charms. In the mouth it is sweet and powerful, spreading into subtle savory and fruity veins, tightening the sip clearly and stimulating the will to repeat a dangerously funny drink.
