Beer description
Main Squeeze Grapefruit Ale has a wheat backbone. Brewery use fresh ruby red grapefruits. The natural citrus notes of the grapefruit are complemented by Cascade hops, both for bittering and for dry-hopping.
Brewery use the juice at the end of the mash, and throw grapefruit rinds in at the end of the boil. One batch uses about 75 grapefruits!! MMM so fresh.
