Original Pale Ale recipe features a perfect balance of citrus and piney hops with a caramel malt finish and is dry hopped with Centennial and Cascade for good measure. Beer that, not only delights the palate, but leaves it wanting more. Full Moon isn’t a palate wrecker, it’s a palate pleaser. Carefully crafted to have a bright and full hop flavour, while not overpowering the subtle malty notes that provide a solid backbone for this well balanced, sessionable Pale Ale.
