Beer description
It is a beer with the organoleptic characteristics that characterize Alhambra beers and brewed with the same care and according to the same quality standards. After the wort has been brewed and fermentation is complete, the beer is first stored in the cellar to round out the aromas and then filtered to remove insoluble particles and traces of yeast. Finally it is filtered to remove insoluble particles and yeast residues and slowly poured into the sherry casks, preventing oxygenation until the cask is full.
