Collaboration with Brauhotel Bonn A West Coast Red IPA, as it should be. A fiery color and thanks to the hops varieties Simcoe, Centennial, and Amarillo with a pronounced hop aroma. Fruity citrus flavors and slightly sweeter and more caramel-like in taste, due to the addition of some darker malt, than classic West Coast IPAs.
