Beer description
Almost clear, golden with a thin, slightly fluffy, quickly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, a little sourish, gently fruity aroma of ripe apples, some honey and a touch of vanilla. Slightly sweet, moderately sour, quite dry, gently fruity taste of ripe apples, some wood and hints of nettles, followed by a short, slightly tart, very woody-dry finish.
