Beer description
We matured our Imperial Stout for 15 months in a barrique barrel, which was previously covered with Spätburgunder from the Pieper wine estate in the Siebengebirge. The vinous notes of Burgundy are clearly visible here and are rounded off with a subtle woody aroma.
