Fauve - Aimez Aimez 2023

Old IPA generously hopped with Azacca, Citra and Amarillo at 15g/L. W-34/70 lager yeast. Barley malt and a significant amount of rice flakes. This Cold IPA is part of a diptych: it's not without its Valentine, the NEIPA DDH "Tout le Reste n'Est Rien 2023". They have the same hops: Citra, Amarillo and Azacca, but 2 different yeasts.
