Beer description
June 8, 793 marked the beginning of the Viking Age when the monastery on the island of Lindisfarne was attacked. Since brewery loves both Vikings and beer, brewery was inspired to call Scotch Ale after the island. The beer is full-bodied with a light smoky touch that comes from Peated Malt. Try the beer for meat dishes and especially smoked cured meats.
