Acelum x Birrificio Epica Ares

This imperial stout is the result of a collaboration with Enrico Scagnoli, brewer at the Acelum brewery (TV) and engineer at BBC inox, a brewing plant manufacturer. It is our tribute to those who supported us in the start of our brewing adventure, and that is why it appears on the label in the guise of the God Ares. Black as night, with a beautiful cap of creamy cappuccino-coloured foam, Ares is an energetic beer. The nose is dominated by roasted aromas of coffee and liquorice while the palate is smooth, with a taste reminiscent of dark chocolate.
