Bishop Cider - Açaí What You Did There

No, I see what you did there. The names they come up with back there. But don’t let the cute name fool ya, this is one really good cider. With tons of berry with slight floral notes, this beauty has a lot going for it. The crew also managed to get a wee bit o citrus in there as well, just to add some complexity and give your tastebuds a roller coaster like ride…. Well, except for that huge drop and the twirly thing in the middle…. And that dark cave you always go in at the end. Other than that, its pretty close. It’s also Seni-dry, so not as sweet as you would think. Dive in, the water’s fine.
