The inhabitants of Montignies-sur-Roc, south of Mons in the province of Hainaut, are called Montagnards. So it was perfectly normal for a beer that was brewed in this city to call Montagnarde. This beer is very robust and strong (9%). It has a fruity and spicy note, between a sharp bitterness and a caramelized taste.
