Aarhus Bryghus - Klosterbryg

Aarhus Bryghus's Klosterbryg is a strong, Danish India Pale Lager (IPL). Pours a beautiful, deep, hazy, orange-amber trunk with a solid, white head. Aromatic are grass and hay in the foreground, metallic at the beginning, which is sulfuric afterwards. Very malty sweet taste, hay and grass, with a little saltiness and subtle bitterness. Full body, smooth carbon dioxide, malty finish.
