Beer description
Recipe already tested and validated in the brewpub Les Cuves de Fauve, we decided to put it in cans for the first time! American hop combo with Citra and Simcoe providing the fruity base with citrus and exotic fruits, and Lotus, a new hop from producer Hopsteiner's research, bringing notes of orange, vanilla, candy and tropical fruits. We even found floral notes of magnolia.
Of course, we kept the signature NEIPA Fauve: 2 dry hops (DDH), a cloudy, juicy beer with lots of oats and low-flocculent yeast, for a lovely velvety texture.
