Weyermann® - 83 - Majoran Love

“Marjoram Love” is the new edition of a marjoram beer that was developed back in 2009 in collaboration with the Mussärol herb nursery and was extremely popular among beer fans. Marjoram is a shrub native to the Mediterranean region with a sweet pine and citrus flavor. When marjoram is used alongside noble hops in a bright copper-colored lager, the beer emits soft, almost smoky aromas that appear on the palate with a blend of subtle bitterness and slightly sweet spice, to gentle caramel notes that balance refreshing herbal flavors in the finish.
