Beer description
Cider is a fermented apple juice, cider or sparkling apple wine, whereby the terroir of the fruit has a decisive influence on the differences in taste. The result is a bright, sunny yellow, sparkling and very refreshing drink with a fruity bouquet of overripe green apples. Red berries with a hint of citrus notes are perceptible on the palate. The finish is a pleasant blend of residual sweetness and mild acidity.
