Laibikk is a sour, fresh and fruity kettle sour. This is a beer acidified with lactic acid bacteria to harmonize with the fruity aromas and licorice finish. Laibikk is recommended to be used and consumed in reasonable amounts prior to social gatherings. The color stripe of this beer fits perfectly with the Storkliner of Olsvik's favorite grill.
