Isdalen – Cold IPA combines the best of old and new beer brewing techniques. Cold IPA is an innovative beer style that combines the best of both lager and ale; lager yeast fermented at a higher temperature produces a complex beer with a clean and powerful hop profile. We have chosen the renowned American hop types Simcoe, Citra and Amarillo to give this beer a deep, fruity and slightly tropical taste. While the mystery of Isdalen from 1970 may remain unsolved, there is no doubt that this beer provides a pleasant taste experience while honoring innovation and quality in the world of beer brewing.
