7 Fjell Bryggeri - Belsnickel Rum Barrel Aged Julebock

Belsnickel is a full-bodied double bock inspired by the German Christmas character who both rewards and punishes before Christmas. With flavours of toasted bread, roasted nuts and dark caramel, this beer is as perfect on its own as it is with the sweet temptations of Christmas. Aged for 18 months in old plantation rum oak barrels, it adds a warm complexity and character. The finish balances the rich maltiness with a light spicy bitterness.
