Nếp Cẩm Lager is a testament to our brewing experimentation, drawing inspiration from Vietnamese ingredients and flavors to reimagine traditional beers. Created by Brewer Xanh, this unique black rice lager is inspired by the traditional Vietnamese Nếp cẩm. Pouring a beautiful chestnut brown with a firm, light tan head, this lager captivates with its gentle aromas of caramel and roasted nuts. The medium-light body carries a slight sweetness that is perfectly balanced by a subtle bitterness in the finish. A pleasant nutty earthiness from the black rice lingers in the aftertaste, adding depth and character to this dark lager.
