Beer description

This cold IPA is fermented at low temperatures using our house lager yeast, combined with a grist of pilsner malt, rice & maize to give a crisp, clean base to allow mosaic, Simcoe & talus hops to shine through with bright notes of citrus and pine.

Weird drink. Decent piney hoppy aroma. Hoppy taste with a nice citrusy note, but with a subtle pine tang. Tastes like a lager with a bit of lemonade mixed in. Slight bitter tartnes…
