This year’s blend is a departure from tradition. They challenged themselves to explore flavors that at first glance didn’t appear to work well together, but when combined made something exciting. Whether figs, mangoes, or chardonnay — each element is present on its own, but creates an overall push-and-pull of flavors that are wholly unique.
