Brewed once a year for the brewery Anniversary, this beer is a riff on one of favorites, Paid Time Off. This big, bold imperial stout can be summed up with one word: balance. It's a tightrope walk between the tannins of the bourbon barrels and the unique flavors of the walnuts. It's the exact center of the playground teeter totter with coconut on one side, and bourbon heat on the other. It's the culmination of elements working together to let each flavor speak, while highlighting the natural caramel and vanilla flavors that only come from bourbon barrels.
