Green natural process Ethiopian coffee beans were aged in Bear Creek Bourbon barrels for several months. The coffee was roasted and added to Russian Imperial Stout, the beer was then barrel finished in the coffee barrel. Notes of green coffee, roast, and incredible complexity.
